In 2007, the business evolved beyond traditional agency services, transitioning from brokerage to a specialist commercial property investment, advisory and asset management firm. TREVOR RANDS
Trevor is the founder of rrr and brings nearly four decades of experience across all facets of the commercial property sector. His career began in the early 1980s as a registered valuer before establishing and leading a successful commercial real estate agency for more than 20 years, earning a reputation for integrity, market knowledge, and consistently delivering outstanding results for clients.
Today, Trevor focuses on direct property investment and the strategic management of an extensive commercial property portfolio, acting for both his own investments and those of a broad range of our private clients. His depth of experience provides valuable insight across acquisition, asset management, leasing, and long-term investment strategy.
Throughout his career, Trevor has placed great importance on building genuine, long-term relationships. He believes that personal contact, trust, and open communication are fundamental to successful property partnerships, and he continues to maintain strong connections with clients, industry professionals, and the wider business community.

william hickey
William began his career in property with the Valuation and Advisory division of a leading global real estate firm, where he gained experience across a diverse range of property sectors and locations. Working with both institutional and private clients, he developed a strong foundation in property analysis, strategic advice, and delivering solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
During this time, William built a reputation for his professionalism, commercial thinking, and ability to develop lasting client relationships. His collaborative approach and willingness to think creatively enabled him to establish new opportunities while consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
In 2014, William joined Trevor to further develop his expertise in commercial real estate. Since then, he has continued to build on his valuation and advisory background, combining strong market knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach to deliver exceptional results.

Asset Manager
Asset ManagerHarry lowe
Harry's passion for property led him to complete a Bachelor of Property immediately after leaving school, providing a strong foundation for a career in commercial real estate. He began his professional journey with James Group as a Commercial Property Manager, where he gained valuable experience managing a diverse portfolio of commercial assets.
Harry later joined Turners & Growers, taking responsibility for the commercial property portfolio within the New Zealand Produce division. In this role, he further developed his expertise in property management, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of strategic property solutions across a complex national portfolio.
Recognising his skills and experience, rrr welcomed Harry to the team as Health & Safety Officer and Property Manager. In this role, Harry oversees the management of the firm's property portfolio while leading health and safety initiatives, ensuring assets are managed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest professional standard.
