3 Flower Street - Orion Health Fitout in progress

RRR is currently delivering a major office fit-out across the top two levels of the building for incoming tenant Orion Health.

Covering approximately 2,000 sqm, the project involves a full upgrade of the existing office space to create a contemporary workplace tailored to Orion Health’s operational needs and team environment.

The works include the complete fit-out of both floors, transforming the existing spaces into a modern, functional and high-quality workplace. The project is being carefully coordinated in conjunction with Edge Interiors to maximise the potential of the existing building, while delivering the programme efficiently and to a high standard.

Internal demolition now well underway, with completion targeted for January 2027.

The project represents another significant piece of work for RRR and an exciting transformation of the building’s upper levels ahead of Orion Health taking occupation.
